Hello Michele, the most professional and exclusive holiday we have ever been on, it was truly brilliant. We loved the fact that we were not vying with lots of other guests in safari vehicles to view anything. I was utterly amazed with our accommodation – both the rooms and the main buildings. Hi Rob! We had a fantastic trip. In short, we loved Tanda Tula and Savannah. Tswalu was not as great mainly due to the cold front and rain (1 day) that came through the days we were there.

Dear Frances, we had an absolutely incredible time and were fortunate enough to see the Big Five during our time in South Africa. We were exceptionally well looked after at every step of the way. Rockfig, in particular, was truly life-changing—the staff were phenomenal, and the overall experience was something we’ll never forget. At Kensington Place, the team were always helpful and kind, and at Old Drift Lodge, everything was incredibly well organised. They seemed to anticipate our every need!

Transfers went very smoothly, and we always felt safe. We’re so grateful for your excellent service and your attentiveness to our requests—particularly your care around our interest in photography and arranging for a lodge where they have fewer people in each vehicle. It made a huge difference to our experience. Hello Frances. Well, where do we begin? You arranged a superb holiday for us that exceeded all our expectations. We are so delighted we were able to have this wonderful experience. We are sold on safari holidays! The attention to detail, being personally met at each entry point was such a treat and made for a stress free trip. The highlight was Kambaku Safari Lodge, it was magic. The guide and tracker, Craig and Moses, were fantastic. Their enthusiasm was infectious and we learnt SO much, it was wonderful. The food was delicious with good variety, it was like a feast every day! We managed to see every animal we wanted and so close. Tintswalo was lovely. It was well worth going to see Victoria Falls. We were fortunate that they have had a lot of rain this year so it put on a good show for us. Thank you so much for organising such a great trip for us. Every detail was attended to. We have arrived back from out trip this morning and I just had to email you straight away so say what a truly fantastic trip we had – and to thank you for putting it all together.

I mean what can we say?!?

All the accommodations were brilliant, the transfers and guides were perfect, the day tour of the Cape town area was fantastic – and the safari lodge and game drives were out-of-this-world (I am running out of adjectives!). A great trip is made so by so many factors and obviously we were really engaged in everything, but it all came together brilliantly – and actually that was also the case for the Kenya trip we did with you a few years ago.

Hi Rob, we cannot thank you enough for planning the perfect first African safari for our family! We had an INCREDIBLE time….and we will definitely be returning. Everywhere we stayed was absolutely incredible, but I think Savanna Lodge and Beagle were our favorites. We loved getting to know the staff at each of those places (especially at Beagle), and everyone could not have been more kind and hospitable.

Clive was so wonderful – our guide in Vic Falls. He was so kind to us during our 2 days there. And everyone at Beagle was just amazing. We all woke up to hyenas killing a zebra on the 3rd night we were there, and none of us could stop talking about it around the fire the next morning. What an adventure!

Take the impala. They are one of Africa's most common antelope, due to their incredible adaptability. They are both grazers and browsers, switching between grasses and leaves depending on the season, helping them to thrive in a wide range of habitats. Their ability to leap 10 metres in length and nearly 3 metres in height is another factor of their success, helping them to escape predators!
