Rob, returned from a great holiday last night. Things went really well. Super impressed with you and the business. Felt from the beginning that you spent enough time chatting around what we were looking for and had loads of suggestions and useful advice. From there the admin and the interaction was really professional and ultimately it all worked like clockwork.Phil, Claire and family from Wiltshire travelled to South Africa & Seychelles
Hi Bill, we had an amazing trip! All the lodges/hotels were great with perfect staff. The tour you booked for us at Swakop was very good. Berger did a great job and full of stories. We saw lots of seals and jackals and had a very exciting ride back over the dunes. Seeing it all from a scenic flight gave a different perspective. Caesar gave us an unbelievable trip all the way up to the Kunene River. Lots of kilometres but such wonderful sites to visit. We tracked but didn’t see the lion. Lots of elephants and antelope and herds of zebra racing the land cruiser across an enormous open plain! Huab was a welcome rest and we drank our wine while lazing in the hot spring. Not much large game around now but plenty of smaller interest. At Ongava we saw 3 prides of lion (about 22 in total) and actually walked through the bush to follow a female white rhino and her calf. Wow! Two black rhinos visited the waterhole in front of the lodge every evening! Etosha was excellent. Lots happening! The highlights were a lion stalking very large herds of game at Salvadora waterhole and a group of 12 elephants bathing at Klein Namutoni. It was good spending 2 nights at Okonjima. So much to do! lots of cheetah and leopard to track with great sightings. We were also fortunate to find the two wild dogs and to see porcupine from the night hide. The visit to the San bushmen at Bagatelle was well done – and we met quite a few colourful Himba people up in Damaraland. We even saw an aardvark at Bagatelle on a night drive. The roads were not as rutted as we expected but the road in and out of Twyfelfontein was very badly corrugated. The smaller Duster was fine but perhaps a bigger 4×4 would give a bit more confident and a smoother ride. Thanks Bill for organising such a great trip. We really loved it.John and Jean from Kent travelled to Namibia

Frances, sorry it’s taken me over a week since we returned from Kenya to let you know what a brilliant time we had. It really was the best holiday either of us have been on. We have been raving about it to everyone, and we’ve really caught the ‘safari bug’. We’d love to go again, to somewhere else in Kenya or elsewhere. Thank you for all your help, right down to sending us all the documents in that nice travel purse. It was really useful.Nicola and Aaron from London travelled to Kenya
Hi Michele, I wanted you to know that the trip was fabulous and has now replaced Peru as my favourite trip. You guys clearly know what you are doing. Several people even mentioned what a good variety of locations we were seeing. At Selinda, we loved the variety of topography. Saw so much, including two wild dog kills in one day. Lots of people never see one. Gruesome, but incredibly interesting. Loved the camp, the people, the food, the personal hospitality. At Shinde the landscape was wetter and interesting, the food was good and staff very nice. Camp Kalahari we saw some great birds and new animals especially at night and we enjoyed the meerkats. Drinks, dinner and sleeping on the pans was magical.Linnea from California travelled to Zimbabwe and Botswana
Hi Frances – wow what a holiday! Keith and I will live off the memories for many years to come. We both wanted to write to you to give you a personal thank you for all your due diligence and attention to detail. At all times you were professional, friendly and listened and guided us in the best way to achieve our holiday dreams. Every single detail we had ever mentioned seemed to have been catered for at all of our accommodations and even when you were out of the office we never felt out on a limb the service provided by not only yourself but Safari Consultants has been exemplary. Keith and I would like to personally thank you for making our holiday the dream that it was. It was a pleasure working with you to build our holiday of a lifetime. Thank you so much.Keith and Joanne from Kent travelled to Rwanda, Kenya and the Seychelles
Hi Rob, Tafika – it really is a lovely camp with nice friendly people and atmosphere, the food was excellent as well. A couple of nice Leopard sightings, on daytime in a tree and one night time under spotlight. Kaingo – we were lucky to be assigned Patrick (again) as a guide – he is very good, knows the area and the animals like the back of his hand and being interested in photography himself, was good at placement of the vehicle on sightings. Game viewing was excellent, Leopards galore and good sightings of everything else. Remote Africa Air’s direct transfer down to Lower Zambezi was fantastic, we met quite a few people who had spent a whole day travelling between the two areas and they were gutted they couldn’t/didn’t do what we did, and when you look at it we definitely did it right compared to theirs, so thanks for hat – worked out really well. Amanzi – provided the perfect wind down at the end of the holiday for us. Lovely appointed camp, really nice and very quiet and relaxed, again lovely food and we were well looked after. All in all another great trip. We saw lots of great wildlife, met some lovely people, were looked after really well wherever we went.Kevin and Lynne from Kent returned to Zambia
Hi Rob, Chobe Princess – Fantastic start. Total unwind from first few minutes on board. Mwamba – Excellent camp. First rate guide. Marvellous wildlife. Tafika – Bush walking was great. Guides very knowledgeable. Old Mondoro – Great Camp. Water activities a real plus, and good to wash out all that dust at the end. Thanks again. A wonderful trip and just the right mix of experiences.Lloyd and Jacqueline from Cambridgeshire travelled to Namibia, Zimbabwe & Zambia
Dear Michele, Botswana, as usual, lived up to all my hopes and expectations. All your arrangements, timings, connections, etc. worked out beautifully – thank you. It really was my dream holiday – I don’t think I’ve woken up yet! The 3 camps were absolutely delightful – very different in their own ways and at all three camps, my guides were excellent. Very best wishes to you all at Safari Consultants, and again thank you for organising my trip this year.
