Dear Michele, many thanks to you and your team for another well arranged and successful safari and tour of the Cape.
Jonathan, Christine and family from Suffolk travelled to South Africa
Hello Rob, All you really need to know is....that it was the best holiday we have ever had, all of us felt this way. Simply stunning locations with fabulous service and plenty of fun to be had. We're all aching to go back. True desert island paradise at Denis Island and then Etali Safari Lodge and Tuningi were the perfect places to introduce the children to Safari which they absolutely loved. Cheesy as it sounds we have made some truly incredible family memories that will last us a lifetime. Thank you - you gave us everything and more than we could have hoped for; it was a brilliant itinerary with top organisation. To have everything so well thought through and organised by someone we totally trust really put us all at ease. Thanks again for an absolute cracker!
Simon, Harriet, Phoebe, Harry and Lucy from Essex travelled to Seychelles & South Africa
Dear Michele, you arranged a most amazing holiday for us, our two children, their spouses and five grandchildren to Cape Town, Gaborone and Madikwe. EVERYTHING was perfect, the transfers worked like clockwork, and you helped make our 50th Anniversary celebration a trip to remember forever. So a BIG THANK YOU - you did us proud.
Mike and Jean from Staffordshire together with their multi-generational family travelled to South Africa and Botswana
Dear Michele, we had a fantastic time. The staff at Nottens Bush Camp and Waterberry were fab. Special mention to Gift at Nottens. Thank you for an excellent holiday.
Timothy, Elizabeth, Lucy and Maxwell from Surrey travelled to South Africa and Zambia
I felt this whole trip was planned and executed perfectly. The accommodations were perfect, the transfers were without any issues. Rob, you did an excellent job and our trip was seamless, thanks so much
Arnold and Monica from New York travelled to South Africa
Rob, returned from a great holiday last night. Things went really well. Super impressed with you and the business. Felt from the beginning that you spent enough time chatting around what we were looking for and had loads of suggestions and useful advice. From there the admin and the interaction was really professional and ultimately it all worked like clockwork.
Phil, Claire and family from Wiltshire travelled to South Africa & Seychelles
Dear Jane, just finishing breakfast in the courtyard at Auberge Clermont on the last day of the best holiday of our lives. Superlatives don't come close...but perfect, stupendous, spectacular are getting there. Everything has been just perfect - down to the last and finest details: thanks so much for organising a quite wonderful trip. The safari was brilliant - we saw everything and Tanda Tula camp and team were fab. Glen Avon was so smart and friendly. Mosselberg was spectacular. That room! That view! And we did get to see (just two, but enough) some whales. Then Franschhoek to end it all...wine tram a perfect way to see the vineyards (hic!) We plan to amble back via Richard Branson's place then Stellenbosch en route to the Airport. As you inferred at the beginning, we will certainly be back as well as evangelists for Safari Consultants hereon in. Thanks again.
John and Delith from Hertfordshire travelled to South Africa
Dear Frances, what an incredible trip! Thank you so much with helping us put together this trip of a lifetime. We will definitely be keeping another safari trip in mind for a future trip! Thank you again!
Cindy and Spencer from Connecticut travelled to Zimbabwe, Botswana and South Africa
As ever we had an excellent African experience. Special thanks to Michele for all her advice and patience. I am already putting something together for her to organise for 2017.
Chris and Rosemary from Wiltshire travelled to South Africa
Hello Rob, we had a fantastic holiday and all of the arrangements made by Safari Consultants worked like clockwork! Thank you for your excellent recommendations for accommodation and for the faultless arrangements. We loved everywhere we stayed.
Philip, Mary, Emma and William from Oxfordshire travelled to South Africa
Hi Frances, got back from Africa this morning and thought I’d drop you a quick email to say thanks for putting it together. Everything worked perfectly and we had an amazing time. nThambo was great with us seeing all the “big 5” plus many other things. Bayete was a great base from which to see Vic Falls and was very pleasant. The surprise for me was Imbabala. When you sent me the itinerary I thought Imbabala might be the weakest of the locations offering not that much and was worried the kids might be bored. I couldn’t have been more wrong. We were all blown away by the place and thought it was fantastic with some great activity options and so relaxing. The staff were amazing too. I would have no hesitation recommending your services to anyone and would also recommend highly all three locations you booked for us.
James, Sian, Richard and Tia from Wales travelled to Zimbabwe and South Africa
May we thank you for a wonderful holiday which ended last week. All the arrangements were spot-on including travel pick-ups and transfers. Great planning by yourselves! Thank you also for your intervention when our planned homeward flight was cancelled at Windhoek, Air Namibia staff were hopeless but we made progress with your help and also from the brilliant Wilderness Safaris staff based at the airport. Without your combined efforts, we might still be there. Thanks again!
Martin and June from Staffordshire travelled to South Africa and Namibia
Hello Frances, we had a truly memorable trip which worked seamlessly thanks to you! Thanks again for all your help in making our first trip to Africa unforgettable.
Mark and Sue from London travelled to South Africa and Zambia
The Safari Consultants Team (specifically Frances and Josie whom I worked with) was simply outstanding. Their incredible level of knowledgeable, kindness, efficiency and accessibility was superior to none. Their degree of understanding of the various options and ability to describe the differences between lodge options and areas to consider was invaluable for a first time South Africa safari goer. To the Safari Consultants Team, THANK YOU for making our first Safari a memorable, amazing once in a life time experience, looking forward to planning the next one with you!
Isabelle from Boston travelled to South Africa
Hi Michele, we had a wonderful time - thank you. All three locations were excellent in very different ways. Tswalu was amazing - the pinnacle was chasing a pack of wild dogs hunting over rough ground for many miles and them finally bringing down a red hearty beast right in front of us. Leeu House was lovely and can be totally recommended. Bushmans Kloof was very comfortable. Lovely room, good food and a really amazing location - just what we hoped. Overall a magnificent trip which we thoroughly enjoyed and your selections and organisation were perfect. Transfers all smooth and easy. Thanks again for a wonderful trip!
James and Sarah from Berkshire travelled to South Africa
Frances, first of all again thank you (and your team) for putting together such a memorable trip, the memories will certainly stay with us. The accommodation was excellent, but we would single out Rothman Manor, The Plettenberg and Kwandwe as our favourites. To have a bottle of bubbly everywhere we stayed was a real treat, and to top it all, when the staff at Kwandwe came in singing happy birthday in both English and Afrikaans with such a gorgeous cake, that was really special. Thank you again Frances, you are a shining star and a credit to the company that is lucky enough to have you employed with them.
Colin and Angela from Sussex travelled to South Africa
Hi Frances, just wanted to let you know what a fabulous holiday we had! Glen Avon was so lovely, it was everything you said it would be. They were helpful, friendly and the place was beautiful. All the pickups you arranged were on time and the drivers were very informative and we felt completely at ease which is good for a first visit anywhere. Going to Nottens Bush Camp was brilliant. We had the most fantastic time, and no-one can believe just how much we saw in that short space of time. Fantastic people, so many stories and all in a beautiful setting. We felt completely safe at all times, maybe because we were looked after so well. I cannot thank you enough for making this holiday such a pleasure from start to finish. The whole process of you and Rob talking me through everything and your recommendations were spot on. Ian thoroughly enjoyed it all too, said it was the best holiday he had had. Even talking about a return trip!
Carol and Ian from Suffolk travelled to South Africa
Hi Frances, We had such a fantastic honeymoon! We loved Blackheath; the staff were really friendly and helpful with booking tickets and printing off maps etc. The room was lovely and the breakfasts delicious! We really enjoyed our time in Cape Town, can't wait to go back! At Auberge Burgundy we had a really lovely big room with a balcony that we could watch the whales and dolphins from! The small pool area was nice and the restaurant opposite where breakfast was served was really good. We really liked Hermanus, lots of nice restaurants. The drive to Franschhoek was stunning, we had lots of photos stops! When we arrived at Auberge Clermont we were really blown away, the backdrop was beautiful and we loved being able to walk around the vines. The reception staff were really knowledgeable and helpful with the restaurants and where to go. Our room had a really nice homely feel to it, would love to go back here. Raffles was amazing, we've never been anywhere like it. The beach was beautiful as was the pool area. Every part of the hotel really was just perfect. Le Domaine de L'Orangeraie was a nice hotel with a lovely pool area and spacious rooms. The bikes were great and we enjoyed cycling around, the island was beautiful. Overall we had a fantastic time, we saw some amazing places and would thoroughly recommend the trip to everyone. Thank you so much for organising an amazing honeymoon that we will never forget.
Roanna and Peter from Cornwall travelled on their honeymoon to South Africa and the Seychelles
Hi Frances, I just wanted to say thank you for matching us up with the Nottens Bush Camp, we had a wonderful time. It was a truly memorable week and we managed to finally see a leopard (something which had eluded us on all previous safaris). In fact we saw leopards most days, so we were very spoilt. The whole experience was tremendous and I will certainly be in touch again whenever I want to go on another safari. Again thanks for your spot on recommendation plus outstanding professionalism and efficiency throughout.
Fiona and Chris from Surrey travelled to South Africa
Hello Rob, all the arrangements for this holiday worked like clockwork making it a thoroughly enjoyable time
Martin and Janet from Cheltenham travelled to South Africa
If you wanted to look for something to moan about, you would not be able to do so. Every aspect was truly amazing. The staff (all) at the lodge were so professional and friendly. My wife and I would recommend both yourself and the lodge to anybody. Robert Slater was so helpful to us.
David and Helen from Leicestershire celebrated their Golden wedding anniversary in South Africa
Hi Rob, we had a superb time, Rissington Inn was extra interesting because the Rissingtons, after which it was named, are not far from us here in the Cotswolds and we understood the relevance of the pictures of American bombers! The highlights of the trip were the wild dogs and all the game that we saw, especially the pair of Honey Badgers that we saw out foraging in broad daylight in the Kruger, what a treat, never seen them before or expected to. Altogether a very good, stress free holiday, many thanks for your planning and organising.
Doreen and Sue from Stroud travelled to South Africa
Dear Michele, we had the most wonderful holiday, thank you for all your help.
The Jones family from Kent travelled to South Africa and Mauritius
Dear Rob, I just wanted to say a massive thanks for delivering a great holiday - you fulfilled my brief perfectly, and exceeded all our expectations. All arrangements, transfers and accommodation were like clockwork, no concerns at all. We liked that Elephant Plains and Muchenje arranged for us to have the same guides throughout our stay, as this greatly enhances the relationships and communication. Elephant Plains was a great location, great food & great staff. Morné Fouche our guide was very professional - we loved the drives and game walks with him. Over 3 days we saw 7 different leopard, 4 different rhino and a big herd of buffalo, 800-1000 strong which Morné managed to park just ahead of, then they flowed all around the vehicle for 20-30 mins as they passed, unforgettable. Muchenje - great atmosphere, felt like home from home, fantastic location on the escarpment overlooking the floodplain. We enjoyed the full day out with boat trip, picnic lunch then a game drive back along the Chobe waterfront, with hundreds of elephant, buffalo, zebra & sable. We got a fantastic front row view of a lion hunt by a pride of 10 lions. Waterberry Lodge was a great end to the holiday - fantastic location and good food. We enjoyed the sunset cruise, fishing, hippos on the lawn and bird watching. So relaxing to just chill on the banks of the Zambezi. The visit to the Falls was great. We have great photos and great memories - thank you. We now have lots of ideas for return trips, and will not hesitate to contact you.
Alan, Colette and Michael from Lancashire travelled to South Africa, Zambia & Botswana
Hello Frances, we all had an amazing time and were extremely impressed with the arrangements and accommodation you booked for us. Makanyane was the highlight of the trip but Babylonstoren was a real treat and we all enjoyed the warm hospitality and freedom of Jembisa. We hope to be back one day. Thanks again for all your help.
The Pinkerton family from Kent travelled to South Africa
We would like to thank you so much, especially Michele for all your advice and help. The arrangements were not the most straightforward but you had carried them out so that everything ran seamlessly. I did not want to return to the UK and can’t wait for our next visit. I will be starting to plan again with Michele as soon as I finish the laundry!! Thank you so much.
Christopher and Rosemary from Wiltshire travelled to South Africa, Botswana, Zimbabwe and Namibia
Hi Rob, just want to say thank you for helping to organise Alisha and my trip to South Africa and Zimbabwe. I must say I was a little hesitant that the trip may not live up to the memories of our Kenyan trip in 2013. Well I am happy to say that whilst this trip was different (which is what you want) it was every bit as wonderful. Umkumbe - our guide, Mauritz, was excellent and whilst animal sightings were hard to find he put in an almighty effort. Accommodation and food were great. At Ilala Lodge in Victoria Falls the elephant back safari was brilliant and helicopter flight over the falls – spectacular. Finished the day with a relaxing sunset river cruise and some good animal sightings along the shore. The lodge and staff were terrific. Camp Hwange - from the minute we were picked up at the gate we knew this was going to be a great few days. Our guide Quinn was brilliant, the other staff at camp were lovely too. The food and accommodation fantastic. Really enjoyed the walking - walking up to the bull elephant was a little scary but thrilling at the same time. The birds were amazing especially the martial eagle with its genet kill. Our final morning was particularly memorable as we were woken by the male lions roaring quite close to camp and were able to catch up with them and the lionesses and cubs. Then on our drive back to the gate we came across a large pride of lionesses and their cubs (12 or more). Thanks again for all your help and advice. This trip has once again left us wanting more and I hope to be organising another adventure in the not too distant future. Botswana here we come!
Virginia and Alisha from Australia travelled to South Africa and Zimbabwe
Hello Michele, we want to thank you for organising our extraordinary safari adventure in Southern Africa. Everything that we had planned worked seamlessly and efficiently in all three countries, including eleven airplanes (+helicopter), multiple lodges and hotels over nearly three weeks. We saw and experienced everything we could imagine for Africa and came home exhilarated (and healthy). A special delight were the staff at all the lodges in Botswana, who seemed so happy to meet with us, spend personal time with us, and treated us like honoured family guests. Our game viewing drives covered all manner of terrain and close up encounters with so many animals and birds in their natural surroundings, that we took over 900 photographs combined. The expert and knowledgeable guides soon became new friends. The food and accommodations were first class and individually special everywhere. We were busy the whole time, and the places you chose presented an exotic variety of experiences.
Some additional comments that did not detract from our delightful safari:
* Night game drives with searchlights were OK, but somehow seemed intrusive and not too productive.
* Nights and predawn drives were indeed cold despite hot water bottles, lush bedcovers, and vehicle blankets so we were happy to be there in June not August. We came well prepared with warm clothes, scarves and gloves and needed them on highway game drives - we were surprised how cold those cottages with screens, Kanana and Okuti, were at night and early morning. The low temperature was 0 degrees Centigrade one morning and no higher than 10 degrees on other days.
* Victoria falls was extraordinary but so full of mist that a later date would have been better (my error). The helicopter ride provided an expanded view, but seemed rather expensive.
Again, we congratulate Safari Consultants, for a complex network of arrangements between camps and transport operations that works flawlessly without delays across countries, rivers, airports etc.
We have recommended Safari consultants to all our friends here, and to our families in the UK.
Roger and Jean from California, USA travelled to South Africa, Botswana and Zambia
Dear Rob, we just wanted to say a huge thank you for all your help. We had an absolutely superb holiday. It surpassed expectations. We saw the Mala Mala 7 with some really great viewings and experiences, such as a baby rhino touching the jeep. You really went above and beyond. Thank you again.
Sally and Emma from London travelled to South Africa
Dear Mary, just wanted you to know that Darryl and I had the best holiday of our lives visiting Addo. It was truly memorable. The accommodation at Woodall was super, and the food there was really first class. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The trips and transfers all worked seamlessly, so thank you so much for such efficient organisation. The Elephant Back Ride was unbelievable, to be so close to elephants who were so trusting of their handlers, and tolerant of all of us tourists was a dream come true. My horse ride was amazing; cantering close to Kudu; Warthogs and Zebras out on open plains in glorious sunshine was a magical experience. I had to keep pinching myself that I was really finally there! All the staff involved seemed so dedicated and committed. Gorah Camp was fantastic. The guides were so enthusiastic and knowledgeable about so much more than the big game. Every outing was exciting and informative. We saw the best sunset ever - just glorious. Thank you again for organising an itinerary which genuinely exceeded our expectations.
Darryl and Leonora from Somerset travelled to South Africa
Dear Rob, I just wanted to let you know that we had an excellent trip. Everyone really enjoyed the time spent with the guides spotting and watching a great variety of wildlife. Savannah was just what we needed to get our feet on the ground. The Savannah Suite was perfect and a really relaxing place. All of the staff working in the lodge were great and made us very welcome. What really made it though was the energy and enthusiasm of the guide (Kevin) and tracker (Julius). We saw leopard, lions plus cubs, elephants, rhino and buffalo and two different cheetah. Letaka was excellent - Lucas was a first class guide and made every effort to look after us whilst we stayed with him. Footsteps was good, the walks were great and we very much enjoyed being on foot again. This time we saw a lot of lions and a pair mating at very close quarters; zebra and impala everywhere. We also saw six male lions in one morning which was quite a surprise, a civet at night plus some lions very close to the bush dinner which kept our attention. OP and Noah guided us very well and the girls really enjoyed a slightly more advanced young explorers camp. Kanana was excellent - they made a real effort to look after us and we appreciated that as well as the warmth of the welcome. Thank you for arranging it all.
Nick and Nicola from Bristol travelled with their family to South Africa and Botswana
Hi Mary, Just to let you know we had a truly fantastic time on our recent trip to SA. We absolutely loved the country and enjoyed every part of the itinerary. So I was keen to say thank you for putting such a great trip together for us and making all the arrangements which all went swimmingly! Hard to pick out a high point as it was all so good. Thanks once again
Claire and David from Kent travelled to South Africa
Hi Rob, I thought I would let you know that we had a fantastic time, the scenery was far more stunning than I had expected. The people were all really friendly. Starfish Lodge is very well run and very clean. Breakfast was delicious and there are so many nice beaches around. At Lesiure Isle Lodge, the breakfast was delicious and service excellent. We can't say sufficiently, about how well we were looked after, it was a fantastic stay. The lodge has kayaks and bikes for guests to use, as well as towels for the pool and others for the beach. Cara was even provided with a big bag of beach toys, buckets spades etc that saved us from having to buy any. Leisure Isle Lodge is a beautiful lodge. The lagoon is perfect for paddling or young children swimming. There is lovely sand and the view from the room over the lagoon is lovely. I can very highly recommend both Starfish and Leisure Isle Lodge and we would not hesitate in visiting either of them again and in fact we have already started talking about when we might go back.....!
Jayne, Martin and their daughter Cara travelled to Plettenberg Bay and Knysna, South Africa
We had an excellent time with a good balance of interest and location, certainly an enticing view of South Africa leaving many reasons to return!
Andrew and Jane from Essex travelled to South Africa
Rob, we certainly could not have put together an itinerary like you did it was excellent and certainly hit the spot! We enjoyed all the accommodation. Glen Avon was superbly situated, the hosts and staff were very welcoming, it was a good location, food was superb. Auberge Clermont in Franschhoek was very pretty. Lavender Manor in Hermanus was a good location and the breakfast was very good, but they were everywhere. Dwyka was amazing, such an experience, loved it. Many thanks.
Andrew and Gill from Essex travelled to South Africa
Dear Michele, we have just returned from the best family holiday ever. I just wanted to say a massive THANK YOU for all you did to make this special trip truly memorable. From my initial email enquiry last February to the immediate response and interest you showed, the whole way through the planning of the itinerary, you were first class. You appreciated the budget we had and the quality of the accommodation we wanted catering perfectly for my family. Your time patience and advice was greatly appreciated and your service exemplary. Even when we made some slight changes to our plans or asked questions this was never a problem and sorted. I am so appreciative of all you did to make this a truly special holiday (and have already praised and highly recommended you and Safari Consultants to family and friends!). Thank you so much.
Richard, Michelle and their family from London travelled to South Africa
Hello Mary. My holiday was a great success. Everything went to plan and was extremely enjoyable. Thank you very much for making my holiday a very memorable one.
John from Hampshire travelled to South Africa
Dear Rob, we had a wonderful holiday. Without exception, we saw some great game in the safari areas and our trip to Livingstone and Cape Town were also most enjoyable. All our transfers went well, flights and representatives all good. Gamewise, we saw it all. From leopards (up a tree having it's lunch), cheetahs, elephants of all ages and sizes, rhino, giraffe, wild dogs (including a brilliant chase ending in a kill), everything. The zebra crossing was mesmerising and there were six lost to crocs. Two wildebeest crossings and lots of lions and cubs. Thanks for organising us another great memory.
Jan and Russell from Suffolk travelled to the Masai Mara in Kenya, Victoria Falls in Zambia, the Selinda Game Reserve and Okavango Delta in Botswana and Cape Town in South Africa
Hi Rob, regarding game viewing, it was a great experience, very different from Kenya. The possibility of such close encounters was amazing. The guides were all very competent. Among the highlights, the high number of leopards seen but most of all, the group of wild dogs that we saw in both areas. All lodges and camps were very good.
Cristiano and Valentina from Italy travelled to South Africa and Zambia
Hi Rob, we had an amazing trip. Everyday was super!! And all of the arrangements were smooth and worry free.
John and Susan, and their daughters Lauren and Rachel from Maryland, USA travelled to South Africa and Victoria Falls, Zambia

Ben and Philippa from Perth, Australia, travelled to South Africa, Zambia and Botswana on their honeymoon
Dear Rob, We had a WONDERFUL holiday! We were very happy with the accommodation, especially Camps Bay Retreat and Falcons View in Knysna. Both have amazing views and a colonial feel and all the staff were very helpful. The food in both places was excellent too. The safari at Tanda Tula was amazing! Dale and all the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the food was excellent. We saw a huge amount of game, including 3 rhino, 3 leopard, lions, buffalo and a jackal which was unusual. Our guide Scotch was very knowledgeable, especially about the birds and made the drives fun and interesting. Everything went smoothly, thank you very much for organising it. We have some wonderful memories and I hope we will go back to Africa before too long!
Alison, Andrew, Alan and Bridget from Suffolk and Essex travelled around South Africa
The holiday was absolutely wonderful. Highlights - Tanda Tula - wild dogs and leopard and cub in tree. Tswalu - pangolin curled around its baby to keep it warm after a huge storm, porcupine, black rhino, meerkats both habituated and non-habituated, black-maned lion mating with female, mountain zebra, pygmy falcon, scarlet breasted shrike.
Kelvyn and Sally Derrick from Dorset, travelled around South Africa
Dear Bill, first of all, THANK YOU so much for your help and advise on our trip. It was fantastic and we all enjoyed so much. It was, personally, my best holiday (first time in Africa) and cannot wait to go back to Africa and visit different areas. I believe others felt in similar ways. I must say our itinerary was well thought through and all your advice came in handy in many places. All flights worked out and we did not lose our luggage! Thank you so much. I will definitely contact you when I travel again to Africa, and will recommend your service to others.
Shiho and party from Switzerland, France, Italy and India travelled around South Africa
Dear Rob, Our tans may be fading, but not our memories of our fantastic South African adventure! We can't thank you enough for organising such a fantastic experience, you read us so well, we can honestly say every day was perfect, indeed in many cases far exceeded our expectations! We have so many stories to tell, but I will just say that La Plume, Lavender Manor, La Fontaine and Blackheath were all fabulous. Tanda Tula...ah, emotions ran riot here. We saw so much game and the camaraderie at camp was overwhelming, we felt we were truly part of the 'family', and we made many friends. We can honestly say this was without doubt the best holiday we have ever had - as predicted, we have indeed fallen in love with South Africa!
Martin and Natalie from Surrey travelled around South Africa
Hi Mary, just a short note to thank you for organising our trip so well. It was excellent!! South Africa - or at least the parts we saw - is a stunningly beautiful country with some lovely food and wonderful wines. In all we covered some 1500 miles or so and stayed in 6 different places. It was therefore great to arrive in Mauritius for some well earned R&R on the beach. I'm afraid we didn't venture far from the hotel (although I did enjoy the snorkelling, sea-kayaking and sailing). All the accommodation you found for us was very good and indeed Kwande, Falcons View, Auberge Clermont and Fullham Lodge were excellent. We did manage to fit in 4 game drives at Kwande and were rewarded with some great sightings of rhino - both black and white, lions, cheetahs, buffalo, elephants and a wide range of antelope. Unfortunately the leopards were as elusive as ever!! We had a very good guide, Ryan. Thanks again!
Pam and Emrys from Sutton Coldfield travelled to South Africa and Mauritius
Hi Michele, I have just returned from my trip in South Africa. I had an absolutely wonderful time and I cannot wait to return (thinking about planning a trip in September 2014)!! Thank you so much for all of your help--you made a big difference in my trip!
Bret and Rachel from Michigan, USA travelled to South Africa
Dear Bill, we would like to give you a personal thank you for a most excellent trip. The accommodation you arranged for us was excellent. Each place had congenial hosts, were delightfully situated, well appointed and comfortable. The staff in each place were very friendly and helpful. Tanda Tula was superb - we only wish we spent more time there! In summary, the detailed maps, the accommodation vouchers and clear directions and information you provided, gave us enormous confidence inspite of being newcomers to travelling in Africa. We want to thank you for facilitating a fabulous trip. We would recommend you and your company unconditionally.
Eric and Gail from British Columbia, Canada travelled around South Africa
Hi Mary, The holiday was amazing. You did so well - everything was perfect and went like clock work. We saw some wonderful sights and stayed in amazing places. Waterberry - well what can you say. Such lovely people. Nothing was too much trouble. Winchester Mansions - what a lovely hotel, really quirky. The people were so nice everywhere we went. I would recommend all of them. We had fantastic views in all the places we stayed in. Lavender Manor - the whales were unbelievable we didn't expect to see them so close. The rooms were lovely. Candlewood Lodge - we had fantastic views and again the rooms were lovely. The owners were very nice too. Knysna was a lovely area. Kichaka Game Lodge - that was amazing. We saw lots of animals and saw hippos and elephants from our room. Those rooms are amazing. Again the people were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. The game drives were brilliant. We would love to go back to Africa again one day and will certainly be in contact when we do. Thank you again so much Mary, you made our holiday very special.
