  • Dear Rob, overall, it was wonderful – and your organisation was brilliant. We were met at every stage on time and there were no hassles. Nuarro Lodge was very comfortable and our hosts did everything they could to make us welcome and our stay enjoyable. Nthambo camp was fantastic. Our guides Matt and Isaac deserve a special mention because they were outstanding. Matt really took time to share his passion and knowledge about the animals and the bush and it made every trip out of camp and enjoyable adventure. Isaac had 30 years’ experience and was super cool. We really enjoyed the guided walks as well as the game drives, as we were as interested in the small stuff as much as the Big 5. We absolutely loved Waterberry Lodge in Zambia. You really pulled something special out of the bag on this one! Nathan and Gordon, the guides, and every single other member of staff, were so attentive and delightful. The lodge itself was super comfortable and we really, really wanted to stay longer there. Every place we stayed, the food was remarkable, especially given the limitations of getting fresh supplies and the facilities available. I’ve never eaten so much on holiday! So, all in all, a very special trip and your organisation was superb.

  • Elephant, Niassa, Mozambique

    Niassa Game Reserve

A potentially superb park with acres of space but currently not a premier game-viewing destination. More suited to intrepid travellers seeking something different.

  • Gorongosa, Mozambique

    Gorongosa National Park

Currently Mozambique’s best game region. A beautiful park which, whilst not yet offering first class big game viewing, does offer exclusivity, unusual species, great birding and lovely walking.

  • Vamizi Island, Quirimbas Archipelago, Mozambique

    Quirimbas Archipelago

A wonderful string of small islands which stretch north from Pemba almost to the border with Tanzania. Vamizi is simply stunning as an escapist beach hideaway, whilst Ibo is full of history and culture. Some good diving.

  • Benguerra Island, Bazaruto Archipelago, Mozambique

    Bazaruto Archipelago

A string of beautiful islands accessible from Vilan Culos. Best known is Benguerra which offers lovely accommodation options, unspoilt beaches and some superb snorkelling and diving.
